Join our team: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Ivo, Ebonyi State. Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Day to day you will tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift.
