Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Russell County, Kentucky. You will work at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Full-time with occasional weekends.
