Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Baker County, Florida. The job is at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently The role involves: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator Part-time with flexible hours.
