Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 1+ years on the tools preferred.
