Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience.
