Brick and block layer — Kibiya

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Kibiya, Kano State. Requirements: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day You will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish.
