Mobile crane operator • Scott County, Illinois

Now hiring: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Scott County, Illinois. You will hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. Requirements: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Full-time with occasional weekends.
