Food and beverage server — Converse County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Converse County, Wyoming. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; clear and reset tables between covers; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). 1+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
