Cake decorator wanted in Buckingham County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Buckingham County, Virginia. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
