Punch press operator wanted in Chemung County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a punch press operator in Chemung County, New York. The job is at a busy press shop. Your main tasks: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Six days a week, one day off. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
