In-process quality controller wanted in Columbia County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Columbia County, Georgia. You will be based in an electronics assembly workshop. The role involves carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Full-time, day shift.
