Crane rigger — Montgomery County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane rigger in Montgomery County, Georgia. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Full-time, day shift.
