You should have: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits On the job you will handle: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches Full-time, day shift.
