In-process quality controller — Calloway County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Calloway County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade The role involves: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
