Thermal insulation technician — Kaufman County

Now hiring: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Kaufman County, Texas. You will work at a cold storage facility. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Willing to travel between sites On the job you will handle: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding Full-time, day shift.
