Join our team: we are hiring a hoist operator in Sac County, Iowa. You will work on a busy construction site. The role involves fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Rotating shifts.
