You should have: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges On a typical shift you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters.
