Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tig welder in Howard County, Indiana. The role involves: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
