Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Hampden County, Massachusetts. On a typical shift you will test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; run load and overload tests with test weights. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
