Rough terrain crane operator • St. Clair County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in St. Clair County, Missouri. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
