Chef de partie — Kosofe

Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Kosofe, Lagos State. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
