Milling machine operator wanted in Frederick County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Frederick County, Virginia. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. On the job you will handle: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron We offer $19 per hour plus benefits.
