Day to day you will replace cracked or broken window panes; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
