Dough maker — Franklin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Franklin County, Missouri. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
