Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Carter County, Tennessee. You will work at a white goods manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards 6+ years on the tools preferred.
