Cake decorator — Graham County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Graham County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
