Press setter operator wanted in Gonzales County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press setter operator in Gonzales County, Texas. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
