Backhoe operator • Conecuh County, Alabama

Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Conecuh County, Alabama. You will work in a demolition and site-clearance yard. You will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. Ideal candidate: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
