Bread baker — Peterborough

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Peterborough, England. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
