Kitchen porter wanted in Breathitt County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Breathitt County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
