Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Shagari, Sokoto State. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred On the job you will handle: • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
