Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Arochukwu, Abia State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₦8,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
