The role involves: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets Requirements: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • A good head for heights and steady balance • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Full-time with occasional weekends.
