CNC programmer-operator — Carteret County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Carteret County, North Carolina. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. The role involves carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Six days a week, one day off. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
