Cnc setter-operator — Cabell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Cabell County, West Virginia. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred.
