Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Polk County, Tennessee. Your main tasks: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair Requirements: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Rotating shifts.
