Turning centre operator wanted in Lafayette County

Now hiring: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Lafayette County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; write and edit G-code programs at the control; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code 3+ years on the tools preferred.
