Vertical milling machine operator — Waseca County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Waseca County, Minnesota. You will work at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
