Urgent requirement: lathe operator (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe operator in Lubbock County, Texas. The role involves key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; set up and start the machine as per the job card; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges. You should have: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits.
