Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Overtime paid at a premium rate.
