We are recruiting: kitchen cook (Kansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Chautauqua County, Kansas. The job is at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
