Join our team: we are hiring a bar waiter in Ehime -Mbano, Imo State. The job is in a five-star hotel. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
