We are recruiting: we are hiring a car painter in Renville County, Minnesota. You will be based in a spray booth. Day to day you will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Six days a week, one day off.
