Cnc setter-operator • Khana, Rivers State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Khana, Rivers State. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Your main tasks: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Six days a week, one day off.
