Maintenance painter — Ikeja

Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Ikeja, Lagos State. You will be based in a paint and spray workshop. Day to day you will lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
