Coating plant operator — Hamilton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Hamilton County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
