Head baker • Hancock County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Hancock County, Ohio. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
