Bakery assistant wanted in Dodge County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Dodge County, Nebraska. You will be based at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker 4+ years on the tools preferred. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
