Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Rotating shifts.
