Vacancy available: we are hiring a hoist operator in Wakulla County, Florida. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. The role involves keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; work out the load weight and the lifting radius. Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Overtime paid at a premium rate.
